Our participants (people experiencing or recovering from mental distress) are central to this project, as organisers, tour guides, artists, or walkers dramatically enhancing their quality of life, contributing to reducing relapse and assisting in their search for support and recovery. It is a 5 Mile walk - allow 3-4 hours. Please feel free to bring sandwiches. The walk is free but a voluntary contribution will be appreciated; all money donated goes towards the work of the Charity and to keep the Largactyl Shuffle shuffling along. Walkers do not have to complete the whole walk and can leave the walk at anytime and or join along the way. A volunteer at CoolTan Arts will lead this walk. TBA Walkers meet at 12midnight.
